Sticks Up Ambassadors

Sticks Up is working with a select group of lacrosse players to promote the Sticks Up brand but even more important, promote the young athletes that fit our standard.

We work with athletes that are not only successful on the lacrosse field, but show a high level of integrity, sportsmanship, and leadership. Working with Sticks Up, these athletes will promote these same standards on and off the field while promoting our product.

Ty Hagen

When did you start playing lacrosse? When I was 7. I’ve been playing for 7 or 8 years
What other sports do you play? Cross country, box lacrosse
What position do you play? Defense (D midi - for high school, close D and LSM - for club and youth)
What team(s) do you play for or have played for? School/clubs Rogers High School , ROLAX, Northstar Lacrosse Club 2029, Northstar Box Team America 2029
What recommendations/advice do you have for young lacrosse players? Hit the wall!
Who has been your favorite coach? Lujo - box lacrosse coach for Northstar. Helped me beyond just the game.
What do you like to do in your free time? Hobbies? Coaching, fishing, lacrosse
If you won the lottery, what would you do? Buy a house on a lake and fish.

Any hidden talents? What do people not know about you? I had Perthes (a hip disease) in kindergarten and had to stop all sports for a year and a half. Wasn’t supposed to run or jump during that time (I did though ;).

Easton Farnsworth

When did you start playing lacrosse? How long have you been playing? Started playing lacrosse in 3nd grade, so Ive been playing for 9 years.
What other sports do you play? Used to play hockey, only play lacrosse now.
What position do you play? Defense
What team(s) do you play for or have played for? School/clubs UNRL Minnesota
What recommendations/advice do you have for young lacrosse players? My advice to younger athletes would be to control what you can control like your effort, attitude, and discipline. Talent can help, but consistency, hard work, and showing up every day willing to improve will take you further in the long run. Be the player who gives full effort whether anyone is watching or not.

What do you like to do in your free time? Hobbies? I do sports photography, go to the lake with the family, hangout with friends, and workout.
If you won the lottery, what would you do? Probably go on a vacation somewhere in Europe like Greece.
